We’ve been grilling burgers over charcoal since 2008, creating Granada’s first gourmet burger concept. Genuine, delicious recipes made the right way, with minced beef from local cows we handpick ourselves—no additives, no tricks. We only cook real burgers here.

Each of our meat patties is processed by hand, without any machine that would toughen the mix. All done with careful hands.

Obviously, all our meats are fresh, never frozen, and served consistently to maintain freshness.

No spices or salts in the meat mix—just natural beef from the cows we select ourselves, only real burgers.
HOMEMADE BREAD
Our bread is made by Paco, our favorite baker. A brioche with just the right balance—not overly buttery. Very soft and consistent.
NATURAL FRIES
Our fries are peeled and cut daily, completely fresh and natural, never frozen. Perfectly seasoned with salt or cajun.

WE ARE A RESTAURANT
A SIMPLE PLACE THAT MAKES F*CKING AWESOME BURGERS
One of the key points of our Manifesto is incredibly simple to explain. We’re a straightforward restaurant that loves making f*cking awesome burgers, and we don’t say that lightly. We’ve been evolving for 16 years, always obsessed with finding that next ingredient that makes everything even better.
But of course, this isn’t always as simple as it sounds. In a globalized world, we bet on local products to give back to our community, returning a bit of what it gives us. We try, as much as possible, to buy locally sourced ingredients to avoid industrialized products.
We’re always open for you to come and see us. Our kitchens are open for you to watch our process, as transparent as the people working to make your burgers here in Granada.
